Biography Hirokazu TOMIMASU was born in Gifu, Japan on Nov. 30, 1983. Influenced by his grandfather Hisayasu GOTO, a country artist, young Tomimasu started to receive arts education at an early age especially in drawing and music. After his father passed away when he was only nine, he put his mind into meticulous study of arts. At the age of sixteen, Tomimasu has already mastered the art of oil painting.
