My spiritual journey started with yoga. I became a yoga and meditation teacher and through the practice of meditation I came into contact with Tibetan Buddhism. Thangka paintings form an important part of Tibetan Buddhist practice and I was fascinated by the images of the spiritual beings they portrayed.
