Jo Dawkins - Fine Artist
I am a painter learning about sculpting and other mediums. I was born in Michigan and has lived most of my adult life here.
In Detroit the community is a multifacet educator to the world teaching the arts. I was completely influenced by the many artist
around me to become engaged as an artist. A painter I love abstract art which is my favorite art to view. I try to create good works
and hope that the pieces are plausible. I believe in the energy of art that empowers, juxaposes, and triumphs over the worst woes
in our lives. I am a teacher, poet, and artist whose love of Jesus Christ has delivered (me) into the art world.
