Karin Husty is an Atlanta, Georgia artist who has been creating unique, contemporary acrylic paintings on canvas for the last 20 years.
Initially, Karin pursued music at the college level and let her fingers create on a keyboard. It wasn't long before the visual side of creativitiy called to her and she found herself wandering from the Music practice rooms to the Art studio classrooms, so she went on to obtain degrees in Fine Art and Music.
Karin allows her emotions and creative muse to fire her imagination, resulting in paintings with spontaneity, intense color, movement and texture. Her brillant use of color is her signature style which captivates audiences and keeps Karin's collectors throughout America and Europe awaiting her next creation! Commissions for specific pieces are one of her specialties.
