Kateryna Fury was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in the eighties. An autistic child she struggled not just with the challenges of autism and other disabilities but with in the confines of an abusive upbringing. She survived and developed a fierce sense of self and became an advocate for others.
Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, repeated head injuries and other medical catastrophes stole her ability to hold a pen or pencil and control the motions. With the advent of the Android tablet and her first, the Samsung Galaxy 10.1, she discovered that she could use her fingertip to draw. This allowed her to return to the world of art and free up the synaesthetic beauty she could not put into words and can try to convey to others through art.
Kat says she paints mostly feelings though some of her works are presented to challenge her technical skills.
