Katherine Morgan

Katherine Morgan, principle of KMA, Inc., has a long history in multiple artistic fields of expression. She was trained formally in the 1960s in the fine arts as a concert pianist at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After Senior Arts & Design Editor, Feature Story writer and Assistant Photographer for a Latin Publication in 1990, she became a Fine Artist agent in 1994. Ms. Morgan arranged the distribution of works to private collectors as well as gallery exhibitions.

Sharpening her ability with the camera, Ms Morgan discovered that her passion for photography grew into a powerful vehicle for self-expression. She developed this skill as a technical device to record and catalog extensive projects for her international design firm, from 1975 to 1995..

A few of her photographic exhibitions include the Morikami Museum, Bass Museum in Miami, Florida and Palm Beach Photographic Center. Her winning exhibitions include: CFA100 Carnegie Mellon University and remains in the Regina Gouger Miller Gallery (PA) for CMUs celebrated 100 years milestone; ARTS 2008 Biennial in the Nathan Rosen Museum Gallery in Boca Raton; Palm Beach Photographic Center awarded cooperation INFOCUS 10th; BEST IN SHOW in HORTT45 at ARTSERVE; Salon des Refusees Broward Art Guild BAG; Boca Raton Museum of Art 56th Annual ALL Florida Juried Competition & Exhibition; Cornell Museum, in Delray, FL; COMMA Gallery, Orlando FL; Aquarian Age Gallery in Boca Raton; the NEW YORK TIMES Abstracts 2008 ;Honorable mention award for juried exhibition 2008 Biennial opening at the Boca Raton Museum of Art; and The Von Liebig Art Center 'National Art Encounter 2009' Naples, FL.Gallery at the Caldwell solo show Boca Raton.2010
