Photography is the purest of art forms, as it captures an elusive, fleeting moment and binds it in our memory forever.
I have been in love with photography since I was a teen and continue this love affair in my 50ˇ¦s. Born in Germany and raised from childhood in the United States by hard working parents, I learned at an early age the struggles of lifeˇ¦s challenges. These insights have given me an ability to appreciate a greater sensitivity for life, family, friends and work. I try to convey this photographically.
Capturing images of the human spirit in athletic motion, dance in despair, in defeat, and in triumphant life moments, is but one facet of my photographic passion. I feel that black and white best represents the essence of drama in the world around me.
