My ideas about photography are constantly changing. What I write and say today, will be different tomorrow. Everything transforming, becoming deeper and more subtle.
Using images as medium, I like to tell about people, about their interaction with the environment they live in. I like to tell about Nature, when it is calm and gentle and, when it is active and full of enormous power.
After years of studing composition, I feel that have to “forget” it and remove the mind as a mediator between the eyes, hands and what we call intuition, feeling.
This is a very delicate border state, akin to meditation that have long been known in Zen Buddhism and other practices.
When the shooter and the goal become one, then the arrow hits the center of the target. The task of photographer – is identical.
It is easy to say and very hard to do, but how else find new ways and reflect the underlying causes of the world we see, in the photographs?
