As a child I always thought how much I would love to one day be an artist. However, I worked mostly on my athletic ability and the desire to play basketball in college. Too intimidated to take art at that point I ventured to teach myself. On my journey I have learned so much from other artists about various mediums. I have focused on my drawing ability and worked on portraits in pencil and as a sports portrait artist working from athletes action shots, which you can find on my website page. I now work in multiple mediums and virtually any subject while exploring all the ways to apply color. I'm enjoying my journey as an artist finding inspiration and creativity all around me in ways I never thought, including photography and teaching others!
