...Art by Linda Topel
My creativity started when I was 4 years old,
I finger painted my Dadís car with the wet cement
he was using to pour a patio.
I didnít play with cement again for a loooong time.
But I have played with every other media Iíve come across.
First it was oil, then pastel, and of course watercolor .
I moved on to casting ceramic and throwing pottery, which led
to china painting murals on tile.
Then murals with acrylics on walls, sometimes adding people, so it just naturally followed that I would do portraits , they were done on gold leaf, because Iím a girl who loves bling.
Now from Trompe líoeil and Faux realism, I am currently enthralled with mixed media ( thereís a surprise lol ) abstract.
And just to keep things interesting I still repurpose an paint on furniture. And Photoshop is fast becoming my obsession
I learn through the generosity of others, I share what ever I can,
I Live Love and Laugh in Art
