Linda Callaghan

Welcome! My name is Linda Callaghan and I emigrated to beautiful Australia in 1978 from the UK. I have always had a desire to create for as long as I can remember and this need was fulfilled a few years ago when I picked up a paintbrush. Painting has now become my passion and I am inspired by many wonderful images that surround me every day. Living in this country with its many glorious beaches and amazing outback scenes I have captured the essence of this land in my art for others to enjoy along with imaginative and fantasy subjects. I enjoy all mediums and have works of art hanging in private collections here in Australia and overseas. I also complete commissions.

Art is food for the soul and to be able to transform the beauty that the eye can see onto canvas or paper, capture the moment, and hold it in time forever, is surely a gift to treasure. I truly hope that you enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoyed painting them.
