Lisa (Lariviere), Lorenz was born in Montreal, Canada. She studied graphic design and advertising at Concordia University. After living overseas for 14 years, she has recently moved back to her native Canada. She has lived in Basel, Switzerland, Seoul, Korea and Copenhagen, Denmark and has traveled extensively and many of her paintings are often based on her travels through Europe and Asia. Painting her impressions is her way of remembering and sharing such colorful memories.
