Lois is a graduate of Fine Arts from the University of Manitoba and also Advertising Art from Red River Community College. She worked from 1980 to 1994 as a freelance commercial illustrator for clients like Foster Advertising, Gordon Hill Advertising, Credo Group, Foster/Marks Advertisng, Doowah Design, McKim Advertising, Marketforce and numerous other agencies.
