I have been interested in photography as far back as I can remember. My dear mother had a box Brownie, I felt so grown up when she let me load new films for her, and when she let me take photos with it. This interest was nurtured when I was given my first Kodak camera for my 13th birthday. I've progressed through the years, from point and shoot film cameras, the Kodak Disk camera (handy but not very good quality images) through to digital point and shoot, prosumer and now - finally a DSLR with a couple of lenses, some filters, and a whole heap of determination.
I enjoy capturing the many moods of this amazing planet we call ‘home’ I love landscapes on cloudy or overcast days.
Much of my spare time is spent on 'Mini Photo Safaris' out and about capturing derelict buildings/farm machinery/cars, if only they could talk, what tales they could tell.
I expect to share more of my little corner of the world as time goes by, I love living here, there is so much beauty right outside my door.
