I am a Classically trained artist. I have been seriously and continuously painting for over fourteen years. Originally from a small farm town in Central New York, I received an Associates Degree in Studio Art from Cazenovia College and finished up my Bachelors of Fine Arts at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. Currently living in Brooklyn, NY.
I believe everyone should own artwork that truly speaks to them. I try to create reasonably priced artwork so that anyone that wants my artwork can own it.
In my life, myself, and others, I seek ambiguity. I seek the same in my own artwork. My favorite thing to do is to create. My second favorite thing to do is to listen to the thoughts of others on my artwork. I am a lover of the people and greatly enjoy delving into the WHY in everything and everyone. Learning people's thoughts on my artwork, and hearing what they see specifically, as well as what emotions are evoked, interests me to no end. This is also an underlying current as to why I try to make affordable artwork; so that more people can see my work and have a reaction toward it.
