I am a life long resident of Paducah, Kentucky and began drawing as soon as I could hold a pencil. I attended Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky where I majored in fine art. I left school after my sopomore year to get married. Unfortunately, I let my art take a backseat while trying to make a living. Recently, my hometown has begun the Artist Relocation Program. The Paducah area is full of people coming together from all over the country, forming a community of artists. This encouraged me to get back to work on my own art. I am a visual artist specializing in black and white pencil drawings. My realistic work includes portraiture, architecture, and fantasy art. I also work in acrylic paint. I am currently working on a series of paintings representing artisan blown glass. My wife, Deborah and daughter, Autumn are also artists.
