December is the month that people celebrate the winter's solstice as it has been since ancient times. Different religions celebrate it in different ways, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa and so forth all have different stories of how it started, but it's celebrates at about the same time. People celebrate in different ways, but it's mostly about giving gifts to your loved ones. Showing people that you know and love them by offering gifts to them. Art makes a perfect gift and I may have just what your looking for.
My name is Mike Savad, I create one of a kind creations. Photo realistic is what people think of first. There are many themes, flowers, porches, and local Suburban Scenes, some city, some urban. I also have many Job inspired images that cover quite a range of titles. If you're looking for a gift for your Pharmacist, Doctor, Dentist, Lawyer, Barber, Gardner, Fireman etc, there should be something there for you. These will look very nice hanging on your wall, or in a waiting room, even a hotel room. My art is inspired by Norman Rockwell and Paintings from the time of the Renaissance.
Be sure to join my E-Mail list, I send special promotional deals.
Steampunk is Victorian science. A world where rubber, easy access electricity, and plastics were never invented. Instead we live in a world that uses wood, brass and metal to it's fullest. Everything is useful, and while it can be pretty at times, it's form over function. Think how it would be if the Victorian era never ended, that the things you use today that are considered antiques, are still in use because you don't have modern devices as you do now. These old beat up but fancy items, modified over the years with brass pipe, clockwork and gauges. That's what steampunk is about. It's living the fictional Victorian era today.
