My photographs are on display at the New York City corporate offices of HMS Productions. I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and grew up in Dorchester, a suburb. I received a B.A., summa cum laude, in Government from Boston University and a Masters in the Teaching of Social Studies from Columbia Teachers’ College. I taught modern European History in high school and served as a consultant for the College Board’s Advanced Placement Program, publishing articles and a student guide in the subject. A digital camera for Christmas piqued my interest in photography and I cut my teeth on the Christo and Jean-Claude project The Gates in Central Park in 2005. Since then, I have been an avid shooter, upgrading from point and shoot, to interchangeable lenses, and seeking new subjects. I am self taught, an observer and recorder of the life and world about me. The corporate offices of HMS Productions, NYC, feature my work.
