Born in 1945 in Tamilnadu, India. An engineer retired from government service eight years ago,
had interest in art right from younger days but never took art seriously. Only after my retirement
I took up art seriouslyand do paining in various media and styles.
Initially I did drawings in pencil, oil pastel (I like this medium very much), acrylics and oil.
However recently I have developed a taste for digital art and now doing a lot of art in digital medium.
My style is predominantly abstract but do some portraits, figurative art, landscape also.
My strenths of my works lie in variety and spontoneity. I love forms, colors and textures - these are obvious in my works.
I have taken up art in my sixties and as a compensation i spend extra hours in art... I hope I go on doing this till the las..!.
My other interests are in fields like literature, maths, computer and sports.
I live in Chennai.
