Nicole Zoe Miller grew up in Bennett, Iowa, a small farming community. She has been an art lover since she can remember and at a young age painted murals and canvas work. After her high school career she became a tattoo artist and designer and had many of her pieces on display. She then went on to college to get her Liberal Arts degree and study art and art history. During this time she raised two daughters with her husband. At the start of her painting career she used acrylic paints but during college she experimented with oils and fell in love. She is mainly self taught when it comes to oils. She primarily uses the oils on canvas, but will work as a mural artist when she wants to work on a sizable surface. July to September of 2013 her oil work was featured in a Cedar County art gallery. Since October 2013 her work has been featured at Studio 56, a gallery at Bucktown in Davenport, IA.
