All that’s natural inspires me: from the the organic nature of the old- time jewelry, through the surface and earthen-colour variety of rocks and minerals, land-sea and skyscapes, the microscopic world, shapes and colours of the marvellous mother nature. They all bind together in meaning and shine through my pieces.
ARTS & CRAFTS became part of my world through my career as an elementary techer, my childhood embroidery, grandma’s loom set up in the middle of her living room each winter, school trips to the „Wolf’s Throat” just some of the memories revived in my creative work.
Shapes, colours and functions originate from the above and then melt in with imagination.
Then comes the „ leisure of motherhood” that bring new opportunities to further evolve into more arts & crafts: weaving, pottery, cloisonne, and enameling at the local leisure center and in the workshops of different artist.
