Okan YILMAZ was born in Turkey . He is a mechanical engineer and he is managing a company.
Photography is a passion for him since 2002. He has many awards from domestic and international competitions. Many of his works are used in magazines and the books. He shared many photos presentations in different photo-clubs. His photos are exhibited several cities of Turkey and also in Bulgaria.
He prefers to take photos of the human in their own environment. Especially, he prefers to use wide-angle lenses. For him, to use wide-angle lenses means being in the center of his heroes' lives. “Being in the center of his heroes’ lives” means to understand and to touch their feelings. He strongly believes that only this approach gives soul to the photos.
