I was born in the Black Country in 1982 and started creating as soon as I could hold a crayon. My first love was drawing, and since then I've taken up painting, sculpture, writing and photography too. My formal education consisted of high school in both the UK and US, studying art and design at college in Dudley, and then visual communications/illustration at the Kent Institute of Art & Design, Maidstone. I've lived and worked in the UK, US and Malta and founded the Ta' Nikol art gallery project in the Gozitan capital Victoria. The contemporary abstract artist, and good friend of mine, Richard Bourne now runs the project. I also helped to set up the Pure Visual studio project in central Birmingham, England.
Currently I'm living just outside of Birmingham in central England and I am looking for new projects to get involved in.
As of right now I'm seriously considering a move to the Mediterranean as I need better weather and a more relaxed pace of life to benefit my art. Britain is just too cold and complicated!
