My work in both pen and ink and watercolor painting reflects my surroundings in Western New York and Southern Ontario.
My landscapes are of the intense natural beauty of the area I live and places I've traveled.
My industrial paintings are also depictions of nature, the natural decay of our industrial age and the process of nature reclaiming the materials we use to build.
There is great beauty in rust and decay. I feel fortunate to live in such a visually stimulating area of the world.
A selection of my work was chosen for inclusion in the juried 2008 AREA ARTIST SHOW at the Albright Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo, New York.
The meet the Artists Reception was on Friday, April 25 Clifton Hall, Albright Knox Art Gallery, a great time was had by all.
