I've been an on-and-off photographer for over 50 years. I first got interested in photography as a mechanical engineer for Kodak, then at Polaroid in the '70s. My first serious camera was a Minolta SRT101. I took mostly slides then which are still around but are virtually inaccessible now. Too bad.
I have tons of photos of friends and family as most of us do. But among the other photos that I took to entertain myself there are a few good ones (I think). I'm now working part time and finally have the time to devote to photography. My first step was going through over 9,000 of my digital photos from 2002 to 2012 and picking out 50+ shots that I like. I've uploaded those here in Fine Art America.
More to come!
