As a child of the Sixties, I have always been fascinated with tie-dye clothing and psychedelic art: the myriad colors, the geometric beauty. Phosphenes, as I call them, are a natural progression from that love. How did I come up with the name? Phosphenes are an actual 'thing', they are the geometric patterns that seem to appear when you press against your eyes; some of us discovered this phenomenon as children.
