The wide open spaces of our prairies and skies inspire us and become a palette for the many talented artists who call South Dakota home. Our unique gallery showcases painters, potters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers and many more. Prairie Breeze Gallery is located in the heart of Mitchell\'s historic district. Each summer Prairie Breeze Gallery hosts the Celebration of Art in the Garden, a small art festival in a farm setting.

Art styles in the gallery range from classical realism to abstract to Native American with most everything in between. We are proud to represent artists such as Harlan Dillon, Joan Putman, Nicole Heitzman, Chad Oney, Peter Eades, Steve Larson, Les Voorhis and all the others who have art in the gallery. Prairie Breeze Galley is especially notable for its art jewelry collection, there is no parallel to the collection anywhere in South Dakota.
