'My Dad taught me how to draw perspective when I was ten, probably to keep me occupied outside while he was working in the office. The first thing I learned to draw in perspective were the steps I was sitting on. I always drew, but I didn't really start painting until I was in college. My biggest influences have always been illustrators, particularly Norman Rockwell, Alphonse Mucha, Tolouse Lautrec Cassandre and Albrecht Durer. Art Nouveau and Post Impressionism are my favorite movements, full of print makers and Van Gogh!'
