Robert Rohrich began painting as a student the Cleveland Institute of
Art as a watercolorist influenced by Winslow Homer. He began Plein-Air oil painting as a member of the Garrison Art Center
located on the Hudson River in New York state. Now as a permanent resident of Florida his current body of work is
devoted to the Florida Landscape. His subject matter is the east coast shoreline, marshes and nature
