Rock River Valley Painters Guild

The Rock River Valley Painter's Guild exists to support, promote, educate and present art throughout the region through the combined effort and resources of all the members. It is based on the concept of the Japanese proverb 'None of us are as smart as all of us.' Artists working together encourage and support one another while providing outlets for their work and educational opportunities in the form of workshops, juried and non-juried shows and social events.
The guild is made up of fine artists in the Rock River Valley area of Illinois (and beyond) who use the following mediums: oil, watercolor, gouache, tempera, acrylic, pastel, charcoal or pencil. In combining their talents they are able to present a diverse and exciting body of work.
