Disney artist Ron Regalado enjoys surfing at Huntington Beach and Ventura County which is the setting for a majority of his surf and beach photography. Ron studied Graphic Design at California State University Long Beach. He has held his position at Disney Home Entertainment in the creative services division for 18 years as a staff photographer and art director. “ I manipulate images to make my photos look like paintings. I classify my work as impressionistic because it is expressing my emotions through art. Local people are attracted to my work because they recognize the locations.” Ron’s art is displayed at museums and galleries around the country where he has accumulated several awards for his photoart.
