About SAIGON De Manila

Saigon Le Manila or Edgar De Castro was born in the Philippines.
Grew up on the Marcos dictatorship for 20 years.
Was doodling since childhood but refrain during adolescent years victim to societal
bondage on repressed expression to the theme of the time (drawing in black & white effect my iconic hero; NINOY).
Currently in pursuit of self actualization.
Advocating the education-divide for Special education.
Teacher, Blogger, Poet, Coach, Manager, Lecturer, Associate Broker.

Made some graphic designs for school organ and pursued traditional jobs after school.
Recently upgraded medium after informal studies under technical unselfish tutelage of a great Filipino contemporary artist and a friend -Hezekiah Lopez.
Group exhibition offers under negotiation for Guam, Papua New Guinea, Jakarta and Davao City-Southern Philippines.
Unpublished works are either sold and or for my personal collection.
