Sandra Silberzweig was born and raised in Toronto Canada. She has been painting almost all her life. She has explored the many facets of the Fine Arts industry. From studying Art at university, teaching it, writing about it, and showing it at galleries locally and internationally. She eventually came to develop a commercial line of 'Silberzweig' inspired products. Silberzweig is also an certified gemologist and involved in the world of jewelry and design. These two areas of studies inspired a long running series of artwork which featured both her talents.
'Her pieces have bite! They are intensely witty, colorful and humorous. Silberzweig style is hard to stereotype and she herself is an enigma. Truly a master of originally! In all my years in this business, I have never seen such diversity and intelligence in a artist.'
