My love for art started as a child taking my first formal art class in sixth grade. Born in Nyack,New York in 1969,I was thrilled when my family moved to Florida where I have spent most of my life. I'm currently living in Indialantic, Florida with my husband, daughter and son. My husband and I own Beachside Bagel World & Deli in Satelite Beach ,Florida. My love for drawing and painting has given me great joy. Since 2008, I have devoted time to produce a body of work to fulfill my aspirations as an artist .I have enjoyed my journey and can say I have developed a strong following .I have studied art at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton Florida and Boca Raton Musuem of Art. I am currently a member of the Central Brevard Art Association, Vero Beach Art Club. Since 2009 my works have been purchased by private and corporate collectors. I have been a featured artist in Art in Public Spaces, Juried Art Shows , Gallery Showings, Invitationals, Demo's for Brighthouse T.V. Network, Demo's for Titusville Art League and C.B.A.A. , a Mentor for a Jr. Girl Scout Troop 976 working on their Bronze Award 'Making Art To Sell For Charity' ,and guess speaker at Charter school. I have received awards at Florida Atlantic University Student Exhibit, Cape Canaveral Annual Exhibit 2010 -First Place. My award winning painting will be the poster for the 2011 Cape Canerval Art Show. Heritage Isle Annual Show 2009, I received two awards Strawbridge Art Award, and People's Choice Award . Hertitage Isle 2010, I received 'Best of Show'. Art Works of Eau Gallie I was awarded Best 2-D Demo award November 2011, 45th Space Coast Art Festival I recieved 1st Place for Oil/Acrylic painting November 2011.I have donated paintings to Charity Auctions with Trinity Lutheran School Delray Beach Florida , C.BA.A. and Cattle Barons Ball for American Cancer Society.
