Where she was discovered by art instructor Rebecca Horne who encouraged her to study art. Solina's 1st semester themes that constantly resurfaced was of childhood abuse and trauma. Art gave Solina a voice while creating personal masterpieces through the telling of her life's journey being born a product of rape, living with PTSD, spinal stenosis and depression.
