Almost obsessionally creative, I have painted and drawn images most of my 52-year-old life. I'm also an enthusiastic writer and musician, although these days, I devote practically all of my time to art. Originally from London, I now reside and paint in Stoke-on-Trent in the Noth-West Midlands. After passing through periods varying from the surreal to landscapes, I now find I am happiest creating the type of works I am displaying here. I first tried this technique many moons ago when a new-thinking (for those days) art master instructed the class to just paint whatever we wished, in whichever way we wanted. He was so taken with my end results, I thought I would endeavour to create similar images that would give possibly that same pleasure to anyone who would cast an eye over my pictures today. I hope so.
