I am a mostly self taught photographer. It started long before I had a camera. My parents would take me for long drives as a child and I'd watch the scenery through the viewfinder of my back seat window. I'd watch an object or scene from every angle and at all times of the day. I also have such fond memories of dancing in the shadows of the great maples trees that lined my street. Observing the lighting and patterns around me.
As an adult, I attended the Rhode Island School of Design for Advertising and Print Design. That is when I took my first photography class and created my first darkroom in the bathroom of my apartment. I am currently shooting all digital, a role I reluctantly accepted. I freelance in graphic design and photography.
