I have been drawing, sketching, painting something most of my life. My mother once said, 'buy the girl paint or markers and she's
happy.' I must admit it's true. I truly love to paint, mostly with acrylics. I don't feel I'm a naturally blessed artist, but my love of it
seems to help me learn as I go. I've never taken lessons but study and learn as I go. New to canvas painting but loving it.
My art is more of a fun and whimiscal style and I love to feature dogs when I can.
I live in the foothills of North Carolina with my husband, Hassel of 20 yrs and our 16 yr old son, Trey. We live on a very nice farm
which I really enjoy.
Along with our two orphaned mutts (left one Christmas eve out in the cold). They are the joys of our lives and inspire
me to paint dogs a lot of the time.
