I have been painting in oils for 35 years. I later began painting with and making my own pastels. For the last 17 years, I have been doing portraits, and now have begun to china paint. I also do some sculpture. I am 63 years old, married, and have two daughters and two grandchildren. My painting is realistic and sometimes a little impressionistic. I am self taught for the most part, having had one seminar with Daniel Greene, which gave me the tools to paint a portrait. I read alot about each new venture I begin and soon will be painting icons, as soon as I finish my studies on the subject.
