I have always had a passion for photography from an early age. I remember spending a fortune over the years on 35mm film, the cost of getting those rolls developed and then printed. In those days, you had to get it right in camera. Every press of the button cost money!
How things have changed today. No more dark rooms or chemicals to play with. The PC is now our dark room where the photographer can spend many an hour and becomes the artist. We now have the freedom to experiment and explore thanks to advancements in technology. But those film days have taught me hard lessons; to consider each and every shot before pressing the shutter; to compose the picture within the camera.
Photography is still a passion I have today, and is as strong as it ever was when I first started all those years ago.
I hope I can share with you the enjoyment and pleasure each picture brought to me as it did when I created them, and to appreciate the hard work and long hours that is put into each and every image.
