A “Hoosier” by birth, Victoria now considers herself a California artist. A Californian since 2007, she is an innovative emerging west coast artist and has exhibited at several art festivals in southern California. She is largely self taught; however, her years of experience have been through workshops, college courses, studio experience and personal study.
Victoria went through a major change in her life in 1993 that resulted in her creativity blossoming in many areas of the arts. She studied saxophone for seven years and piano for three. She spent a lot of time in her home learning many styles of decorative wall painting. She has explored many areas of the arts such as; oil, watercolor and acrylic painting, graphic design, photography, jewelry craft and music. She is always trying new styles and techniques, so she can learn and grow as an artist. Her teachers have inspired her in many ways and she is fortunate to have learned from some of the best.
