Christine Mount-Kapp, The Vintage Painter, was born in Minneapolis MN, and grew up in Apple Valley, MN. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 1990 with a degree in graphic design. Eventually she left Minneapolis and settled in the scenic St. Croix River Valley where she is raising her handsome twin boys.
