Wendy Hill makes her home in Gilbert, Arizona. She is a multimedia artist experimenting in transparent watercolor, watercolor crayons and gum arabic, acrylic glazing gel, inks, as well as acrylic and oil. Wendy is an adjunct faculty at Paradise Valley Community College in Paradise Valley, Arizona teaching watercolor and mixed media. She has been teaching art for over 25 years. She has illustrated numerous medical textbooks as well as other genre. The challenge of legal illustration and scale model building for jury presentation led to her adaptation of various mediums requested by the clients. She combines her knowledge of these mediums in a variety of expressions from technically exact to whimsical. Her love of line and texture create her unique signature combined with her love for people. Both are incorporated into her paintings and drawings often expressing imagination with a sense of humor.
