Yet another "DANCIN" composition/painting. This makes a total of five in the series. More to come.

This piece is fourth in my dancin" series paintings. All are same in subject but a little different in style which was the intent. This breaks monotony, one of my worse enemies.

This piece was done by invitation from prominent Fine Art America member Barbara Keith. (It was fun, Barbara). This is my one and only wildlife painting in recent memory. Enjoy!

Charlette Forten, a black educator and friend of Colonel Shaw, attended wounded soldiers of Massachusetts's 54th Infantry Regiment after their failed assault on Fort Waggoner in 1864.

Called the "Swamp Angels", the 54th Massachetts Volunteers was the first all black volunteer regiment during the war between the Union and Confederate states.
