This is #96 in my trademarked series: "Don't Drink Like a Fishamp#65533" The little frog in the background is playing the piano bar, and the fish are enjoying a few "cosmos!"

I photographed this scene while visiting Paris a few years back with a friend. I always planned to paint it, and especially was interested in the building which had every balcony different! I also love the dog, waiting patiently for his owner.
