I had gone down to Harbor Town one morning to photograph and passed this foursome having breakfast. I liked the quality of the light on this scene and wanted to include it in my cafe series.

I walked down to the beach to photograph a trawler off shore and this lady was right there.

This morning these chairs which are usually lined up or arranged in pairs were in this formation. I liked this arrangement plus their color against the cool shadow color.

I had come to this location to paint a coastal scene behind this building, but when I saw these colors in mottled light I new this was my spot.
