Saigon Le Manila or Edgar De Castro was born in the Philippines. Grew up on the Marcos dictatorship for 20 years. Was doodling since childhood but refrain during adolescent years victim to societal bondage on repressed expression to the theme of the time (drawing in black & white effect my iconic hero; NINOY).
