Art of Pride is a cooperative group of artists formed in 2005 to promote the work of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Artists and their Allies. We plan and staff annual events such as the Art of Pride area inside the San Diego Pride Festival in July and South Bay Pride in August. We host monthly one or two artist exhibitions at the new San Diego Pride Office Complex in North Park. Our Artist's Reception is held on the Second Saturday of Each Month at the Pride Office, 3620 30th Street on the bustling North Park Restaurant and Club Corridor, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Ours is a volunteer organization and a portion of sales go to promote future activities.
