I have been a photographer for what seems like forever. When I was about 12 my father gave me his Argus Rangefinder. I instantly fell in love with photography. A “few” years later I was photographing advertising, corporate and editorial assignments in Dallas, TX. In 1995 American Airlines sent me to Germany to photograph a story on the popularity of the American Cowboy in Germany. This job was fun and crazy. I met people that really wanted to be cowboys, some to the extent of building western towns and on weekends pretending to be just that, cowboys. Later that year they sent me to France to photograph a story on wine. It was an exciting assignment going up into the French mountains where I would photograph wine châteaus. ...
