Born and raised in Iowa, I served 24 years in the United States Navy before retiring to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where I currently work as an air traffic controller at the Lancaster Airport in Lititz, PA. I've always had an interest in photography, especially aviation; and now that digital has arrived, I enjoy capturing the images that I passed up on in the past because of the cost and my lack of experience.
